A graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology, Ray Kahl began his career in Chicago with Holabird Root, Architects. He joined Urban Design Group (as the sixth employee) in 1978. Ray has been responsible for a wide range of projects as Designer, Project Architect, and Senior Project Manager. He was actively involved with several of the firm's award-winning projects, including Cameron Sciences Center, Tulsa Community College West Campus, Philbrook Museum of Art and San Antonio's Rivercenter. Ray instituted a Total Quality Management Program in Urban Design Group, Inc., doubling the performance and accuracy of the firm's production, thus strengthening the firm's service to clients.
