Don has been a passionate leader at UDG since its inception. Joining John Novack in Tulsa in 1975 and moving to Georgia to open the Atlanta office in 1989, his dedicated leadership and passion for his profession has made UDG’s approach widely respected throughout the vibrant Southeast region and the country. With countless major projects to his credit, Don has developed a keen sense of context and relevance in the studio’s work. He and his talented staff understand the human element of architecture and, as such, have designed projects that have been highly successful with both their occupants and the developers who put their projects in our trust. Don further understands the importance of balancing delivery with the realities of budget. This unique talent has been applied extensively in the commercial office market, mixed-use projects, education and resort/gaming sectors. From inception to completion, Don’s ability to clearly comprehend client needs, then translate them into realizing their vision through master planning, design and construction, has resulted in multiple loyal, decades-long client relationships. |
