As Atlanta Studio Director and now the firm's first Associate Principal, Scott oversees operations and provides many of the primary resources our professionals need to successfully complete their projects. Scott is also involved in strategic business planning and helping the firm set policy, working to ensure high standards in design and contract documents. With over 30 years experience, Scott has managed numerous hospitality, gaming, religious, education, convention/civic, office and retail/mall projects. Our members look to Scott to provide financial, administrative, and human resource support. In addition, he is a critical member in providing initial schedule, cost and contract scope for new projects. Scott oversees quality control for project documents, and provides mentoring and training for staff at all levels. Thanks to Scott’s attention to detail and continual oversight, the studio’s projects historically are delivered on time and within budget, from inception to completion. In all his work, Scott seeks a clear-cut design solution that will meet client needs while also respectfully integrating with the surrounding community. |
