The 18th Street Atrium was an existing turn-of-the-century warehouse building in Denver, Colorado. UDG converted the building into top quality office space, adding a full-height atrium to the original three-story building behind an existing high parapet. The interior contains exposed masonry and elegant detailing contemporary to the period of the building. The final leasable space was 133,320 square feet.
