UDG assisted the State of Georgia in integrating 14 independent Department of Human Resources divisions into a single cohesive entity. This new facility is a four-story regional services center for the State of Georgia, situated on the primary axis of historic downtown Albany, Georgia. The project marks the first in a grand master plan of reviving downtown Albany after a devastating flood. Designed and constructed using a fast-track delivery method of construction, the project successfully fulfilled its mission to bring a diversity of public services under one roof.
