This mixed-use suburban development is set among 30 acres of lakes, waterways, and hardwood trees. Two identical 14-story high granite-clad towers are connected by a grand rotunda that serves as a common lobby. The design of the entire complex, including the rotunda lobby, exhibits a high level of detailing in the classical style. The development also includes retail, health club, daycare center and restaurants. One office tower is dedicated solely as the corporate headquarters of the Carlson Companies. The other tower is for speculative office use.
