UDG worked with the the Cataloochee Wilderness Resort to master plan a unique 3000-acre lifestyle resort. The development features family entertainment, exceptional retail shopping, resort lodging, fine dining and residential opportunities immediately adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Pisgah National Forest. The initial phase will include three major developments: the 134-acre Village Commons retail center, 68-acre Wilderness Lodge Resort, and 86-acre retail and condominium Village Plaza.
