Convergence Center is a master planned business park offering tenants a high quality campus-like setting. Its Class A office space includes both lake and fountain views. UDG has worked with the master developer on three of Convergence buildings. The buildings feature architectural precast concrete spandrels, column covers and ribbon windows. Curtain wall is used at the building corners and at the main and secondary entrances. The entrance lobby consists of a two-story atrium surrounded by columns with a marble and granite floor.
