This synergistic downtown mixed-use development contains a major three-level retail element, entertainment facilities, office and hotel buildings, and three anchor department stores. The master plan was configured to maximize the urban context creating a focal point for the downtown, both visually and functionally. The project incorporated existing buildings and provides an extension to the historical retail corridor, enhancing existing retail patterns.
