This project involved the renovation of the historic Denver Dry Goods department store buildings into retail, office and restaurant uses. The project includes two buildings dating from 1889 to 1936. The buildings occupy a half city block in downtown Denver between the 16th Street Mall retail core and 15th Street and between Stout and California Street. This project was an early example of green design. Many of the green features are now modern standards.
