Galleria 700
Located in the Galleria complex in Atlanta's "Platinum Triangle", this 14-story build-to-suit project was 75% occupied upon completion of construction. The office tower serves as the headquarters building for the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO).

The project program called for flexible column-free space, a high level of technology for INPO's extensive communications and security systems, and included provisions for INPO's assembly and educational uses on the second level. The associated parking structure was designed to have an open feel, with no dark or hidden areas.
