The Georgia Gameday Center is a high-rise residential building intended to provide condominium ownership for use during major sporting event weekends at the University of Georgia. The building sits on a sloping urban site a few blocks from campus, and includes ground floor retail and structured parking. The units were 100% sold soon after completion.
