UDG provided masterplanning services for the new campus of the International Baptist Theological Seminary upon its relocation to Prague. Located on a historic site, UDG provided conceptual design and documentation that allowed volunteer labor to renovate and construct the new campus over a period of years.

The 40-acre site is seated on the west side of a beautifully wooded valley, favorably oriented to the rising sun. A historic villa anchors the site. The villa is composed of four strongly articulated buildings surrounding a courtyard. This space of containment and orientation allows its inhabitants to experience a sense of place. This outdoor room remains the heart the campus.
