An essential mission of The Institute for Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) is leadership training. The new Training Facility occupies the full 5th floor of INPO's headquarters building.

Trainees typically stay for a week of intensive training. It was important to create a high-quality space that integrated advanced technologies, and provided collaboration areas and research space for an intensive learning environment.

The project was designed to meet LEED certification standards, fulfilling INPO’s Sustainability mandates.
