Serving as a regional headquarters for Microsoft, this build-to-suit building occupies a sloping, wooded site adjacent to a small lagoon within the LakePointe Office Park. The exterior pre-cast concrete skin is highly articulated and uses polished granite insets to add warmth and a higher level of finish. All interior finishes, including the lobby, were done as part of the tenant improvement work.
