UDG worked with the client to develop a mixed-use amusement park project in the OCT Yantian Ecological Park in Shenzhen, China. The master planned development features traditional Main Street retail and dining. Main Street leads to a five-star 250-room hotel, located within the park. Restaurant patrons enjoy views of a man-made lake. A waterpark and rollercoasters will be designed by other specialists, with the rollercoaster portion of the amusement park to be developed on the opposite side of the lake.
