Silver Legacy is located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Reno, Nevada. The design of the Silver Legacy is based upon the silver mining towns, such as Reno, built in the Sierra mountains of Nevada over a century ago.

This project was fully operational within 19 months of signing a contract--$365 million dollars of construction and interiors resulting in a 300-foot dome above a two-level casino on one block; a 45-story, 1700-room hotel on the other block all designed, detailed, documented, bought and built on time and budget with zero change orders. A just-in-time design process had to be employed, requiring considerable advanced thought and design for each component before it was delivered and built.
