The 136,000 s.f. Streetcar Stables have 43 premier luxury lofts with restaurants and retail on the first floor. The basement contains parking for the lofts. The building, constructed in 1882, has both national and state historic designations. The original facade was left intact with the exception of the roof. The lofts on the 4th floor have a new mezzanine level added with balconies.
