UDG designed two adjacent buildings within the Windward Fairways office park. The buildings overlook the prestigious Golf Club of Georgia. Both structures are six-story architectural precast and glass, set within heavily wooded vistas. Lobbies are finished in marble and wood paneling consistent with Class A office design. Each floor contains approximately 22,500 rentable square feet.
