Winner Communications turned to UDG for assistance when expanding their facilities. The expansion included working studios for multiple video imaging, video editing, sound, computer graphics, and production facilities.

The design is colorful and energetic, reflecting the energy of the young communications company that broadcasts and produces a number of cable network horse-racing shows. The facility, while meeting the needs of permanent production staff, was designed with state-of-the-art capabilities to serve the communications industry at large. Additionally, a teleconference room linked to a national video network is available for use by the local business community.
